Tuesday’s are all about getting “naked” on the phone.  With me.

No, you don’t have to take off your clothes and get naked.  But you will be thinking NAKED things on this call.  It’s all about the FOOD.

What is Naked Food you ask?

NAKED Food is food that is as close to it’s natural state as possible; like an apple, a banana, a bunch of kale. Don’t worry, it’s not boring. You can lean to put these foods together in creative, easy, simple ways that taste yummy.

It’s about learning and growing and understanding what NAKED foods can do for you and your beautiful body.

TUESDAY classes are content loaded phone sessions..  For 4 weeks, every Tuesday, we’ll get down to the NAKED business of helping you feeling better in your body.

You’ll find out the “naked” truth about food, and the real deal on healthy eating so that you can lose weight and feel great.
